At AMICA, we want you to feel confident and joyful every time you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return experience as effortless as your style.

Returns Made Simple
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date your Amica products arrives to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Still have the original tags and packaging
  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Our Products are designed to elevate your everyday – we kindly ask that returns reflect the same care.

Note: Fashion jewelry, scarves, and small accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email our support team at Hello@amicafashions.com referring your order reference Number.
We will provide the return address and next steps.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Simple instructions on how to send your item back

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For Damaged or Incorrect Items
Quality is at the heart of every Amica piece. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away at Hello@amicafashions.com.

Items That Can’t Be Returned
Due to the personal nature of fashion accessories, we are unable to accept returns on:

  •  Fashion Jewelry, scarves or small accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or monogrammed orders
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items returned in used condition

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To get a different item or color, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you love.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
