Thank you for shopping with “AMICA”. Below is our Shipping Policy, outlining the terms and conditions related to the shipment of our products.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN THE GCC (KSA, UAE, BH, OM, KW, QA)

Free Shipping: Orders within the GCC qualify for free shipping on purchases over 200 AED.

Orders Below 200 AED: A standard shipping fee(AED 25) will apply to orders under 100 AED, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver orders within 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, OUTSIDE THE GCC

Duties & Taxes Customs: All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees regulated by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees vary by location and are not included in the shipping charges. Some Custom Offices may require identification, such as a Passport or Government-issued ID, for shipment release.

3. PAYMENT METHOD: 
We accept Cash on Delivery **Debit Card, Credit Card and My Cash as a method of         Payment.

   **Cash on Delivery services are only open for GCC countries.

4. GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or courier issues.

Order Tracking: Once AWB (Air Waybill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.

5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.
